The Mistal, Bleach House Farm
Notification has been received for an application for a Lawful Development Certificate to retain a dwelling with garage and store.
Heath Cottage, Mill Lane
Notification has been received for a planning application for a single storey rear extension.
Both these applications will be discussed and available for inspection at the next parish council meeting on Monday 2nd March 2009.
LDF Published Inspector’s Report
The Independent Inspector has published her report on the Harrogate LDF Core Strategy. The Parish Council has obtained two copies – please contact Becky or Mark if you would like to read it. It is also available on the Harrogate website at www.harrogate.gov.uk/ldf.
Waste Management Training
North Yorkshire Waste Partnership are delivering a series of training sessions to reduce the amount of food waste sent to landfill and to promote the national Love Food Hate Waste campaign. The Harrogate training session run by environmental charity Waste Watch, will be held on 10th March 2009 from 6.30 to 8.30pm and dinner will be provided. Anyone interested should contact

We would like to advise residents that the village greens are for recreational use only. It is an offence to drive a car on the green and persons doing so are liable for damage and any costs incurred.
