Low green trees
Two new trees have been planted on the low green; a White Beam (Sorbus Aria) and a Field Maple (Acer Campestre). We would like to thank Mark Roberts for all his help and also a big thank you to all the children who helped choose and plant the trees. Thank you also to the Burton Leonard Flower Show who donated £73 pounds towards the cost of these trees.

Examination hearings have been postponed next week and new and forthcoming details should be posted on the Harrogate website at the following address:

The Parish Council hope to make representation at the re-scheduled meetings for the General and the Site specific sessions. If you have requested to be invited to any of the hearings you will have been contacted directly.

Street Parking
We have recently met with local police officers to discuss the parking issues around the village of which we have received many complaints. We urge villagers to park considerately and safely without causing obstruction to pedestrians, driveways and through traffic. Any parking offences should be reported directly to the police by dialling 101 and you should obtain a reference number for the issue reported.
